Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Prioran. By creating an account, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

Account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised at [email protected].

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload. Do not attempt to break the service, interfere with other customers, or scrape the product in ways that abuse our rate limits. Do not use Prioran to target individuals with harm. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Billing runs through Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of the period as well. We offer a 7-day grace window on failed payments before an automatic downgrade.

Usage limits

Each plan has a 30-day rolling processing window. Reaching the limit is not a silent throttle: we return a clear response asking you to upgrade or wait for the window to reset.

Ownership

You own your workspace content. Prioran owns the product, including the models we operate, the synthesis logic, and the software. You grant us a narrow license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Service-level and support

Support response times vary by plan and are described on the pricing page. Growth plans include an SLA-backed response time. We do not warrant uptime beyond what is stated in your plan.

Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
