Privacy policy

This policy explains what Prioran collects, why we collect it, where it lives, and how you control it. Plain language. No dark patterns. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will rewrite it.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, company name, and the workspaces you create. Authentication events such as sign-in timestamps and IP for fraud prevention.

Workspace data: the customer signal you bring into Prioran. This includes call transcripts, support tickets, Slack messages, reviews, analytics events, and uploaded files. This data is stored scoped to your workspace and is never shared with other workspaces.

Product telemetry: anonymous usage analytics on page views and feature use, provided by Vercel Analytics. We do not track you across sites.

How we use it

To operate Prioran. Your workspace data feeds the clustering, scoring, and synthesis functions you see in the product. Your account data is used to sign you in, bill you, and email you transactional notices you have opted into.

Subprocessors

We use the following third parties to run Prioran: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Anthropic (Claude API for synthesis), OpenAI (embeddings), Resend (transactional email), and Dodo Payments (billing, as merchant of record). Integration providers such as Gong, Fireflies, Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, Linear, and Jira act as sources when you connect them. A current subprocessor list is maintained at this page and updated when it changes.

Where data lives

Workspace data is stored in managed Postgres with row-level security policies that block cross-tenant reads. Credentials for third-party integrations are encrypted at rest. File uploads live in managed object storage scoped to your workspace.

Retention

Paid plans retain workspace data until you delete it. The Free plan retains for 7 days to keep demo workspaces lean. Deleting a workspace removes its content permanently within 30 days, after which only billing records required for tax purposes remain.

AI and model training

Your workspace content is not used to train third-party models. We send relevant snippets to Anthropic and OpenAI as ephemeral API calls for synthesis and embeddings. We do not store your data with those providers beyond the request lifecycle.

Your rights

You can export your workspace data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated workspaces by writing to [email protected]. For GDPR and CCPA requests we respond within the statutory window.
